Australia to pay more in Afghanistan than most NATO countries

Australia will pay more than most NATO countries to fund Afghanistan security forces after international troops leave at the end of 2014.
We will contribute a hundred million a year for three years to the 4 billion needed (most of that will come from the US).
Julia Gillard rightfully points out we have sacrificed too much not make it work. Surely that applies to the rest of the world as well.
